I offer 30 days returns and exchanges service. If you are not satisfied with the item after you receive it, please contact me for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the delivered date, but 30% of the total payment will be deducted as the restocking fee if there is no quality problem of the items, the remaining payment will be processed as soon as I receive the item. I accept all kinds of jewelry customization (Including metal and gemstones). Please feel free to contact me and share your ideas, I will make it for you at a reasonable price.
Shipping Time
It usually takes 2 to 3 weeks for production and 4 to 5 business days for shipping. If you want to receive the rings by the specific date, please contact me for rush order service.
Payment plans
I provide payment plans service. You just need pay at least 100USD for a deposit, I will start to make the ring for you. You could pay the remaining money weekly or monthly. Let me know the metal, stones and ring size, I will create a private listing for you to pay.
Please note I will only ship the item to you when all payments are received. Once payment plan starts, cancellation order will deduct 100USD per item.
Returns and Exchanges

Cancel order before shipping
I accept cancellations, if you request cancellation within 24 hours after placing the order, I will cancel the order for you free of charge. Exceeds 24 hours, I will deduct 30% of the total price for each ring and refund remaining to you.
Warranty
I offer a lifetime warranty, if your ring has loose or lost stone (side stones) problem within one year, please contact me and I will repair or replace the stone (side stones) for you for free. Exceeds one year, I will charge a fee to repair ring for you. Hope you can understand!

absolutely in love with this ring! huge shout out to mark for crafting exactly what i wanted, and perfectly. i’m indecisive and admittedly probably somewhat of an annoying client to deal with but mark was super patient and understanding. communication was great - definitely so glad i paid extra for a custom wedding band to pair with my engagement ring. he sends you images of what to expect so you know exactly what you’re getting beforehand. i wasn’t even happy with the ring at first and he went above and beyond, letting me to exchange it. and it’s PERFECT. all of this was obviously on a timeline too with our wedding coming up but even shipping was very quick both trips across the pond. genuinely can’t wait to buy another ring from this shop, impossible to be disappointed. highly highly highly recommend. thank you again mark!!
