Payment plans
I provide payment plans service. You just need pay at least 100USD for a deposit, I will start to make the ring for you. You could pay the remaining money weekly or monthly. Let me know the metal, stones and ring size, I will create a private listing for you to pay.
Please note I will only ship the item to you when all payments are received. Once payment plan starts, cancellation order will deduct 100USD per item.
Returns and Exchanges

Cancel order before shipping
I accept cancellations, if you request cancellation within 24 hours after placing the order, I will cancel the order for you free of charge. Exceeds 24 hours, I will deduct 30% of the total price for each ring and refund remaining to you.
Warranty
I offer a lifetime warranty, if your ring has loose or lost stone (side stones) problem within one year, please contact me and I will repair or replace the stone (side stones) for you for free. Exceeds one year, I will charge a fee to repair ring for you. Hope you can understand!

I did opt for the customization on this as well since it was almost a perfect fit for my existing engagement ring. With the customization, it is an absolutely perfect fit, and SO SO gorgeous. I love my new ring! I ordered this ring as a wedding band to go with my pear-shaped, rose gold engagement ring and it's a perfect fit. I ordered the morganite wedding band in rose gold and was pleased to see that the two rings matched well in color. Communication was easy and timely. I did not get my ring customized, as I was confident that the shape of my ring would fit just fine with the band as is (And it did! No gaps in between my rings!). Definitely use your discretion as to whether or not you need customizations. I received my ring in exactly 3 weeks after ordering. Finding morganite rings in general, let alone a morganite wedding band at a local jewelry store was so difficult. I am so happy with this purchase being that it was my first time getting something off of Etsy. I would recommend this shop.
