Payment plans
I provide payment plans service. You just need pay at least 100USD for a deposit, I will start to make the ring for you. You could pay the remaining money weekly or monthly. Let me know the metal, stones and ring size, I will create a private listing for you to pay.
Please note I will only ship the item to you when all payments are received. Once payment plan starts, cancellation order will deduct 100USD per item.
Returns and Exchanges

Cancel order before shipping
I accept cancellations, if you request cancellation within 24 hours after placing the order, I will cancel the order for you free of charge. Exceeds 24 hours, I will deduct 30% of the total price for each ring and refund remaining to you.
Warranty
I offer a lifetime warranty, if your ring has loose or lost stone (side stones) problem within one year, please contact me and I will repair or replace the stone (side stones) for you for free. Exceeds one year, I will charge a fee to repair ring for you. Hope you can understand!

The seller, Mark, was incredibly respectful and helpful. I bought this as a birthday present for my partner and the seller were not only responsive, but also made sure that the purchase was exactly the way I wanted it to be. Now onto my review of the necklace, the pictures don't do it justice, it looks better in person. Like alexandrite stones, it refracts light differently based on the light source. Today when we went out the stone was very green, but as you can see from the photos, the stone looks mostly purple. This is definitely a high quality product and I am very satisfied with it, so the necklace is definitely worth the price point. The chain that came with it is also high quality stainless steel and comes with two length adjustments (I'm assuming one is 16", the other 19"). Thanks, seller!
